Our ten-year reunion is right around the corner!

Dear ’09 Classmates:
Can you believe it? Our ten-year reunion is right around the corner! Mark your calendars for May 31 – June 2, 2019, the weekend after Memorial Day.
Apart from the fantastic schedule of food, friends, and frivolity that Bryn Mawr puts together for all reunion classes, we are thrilled to share that there will be programming dedicated solely to our class throughout the weekend as well! We have some great ideas in the works including: a low-key 10th anniversary party for our class in the hospitality suite; a happy hour for local alums; a GOLD Quizzo tournament; a Midnight Breakfast (and karaoke?!) just for us; and a “Nothing GOLD Can Stay” happy hour.
Whether you joined us in 2014 or not, Reunion 2019 will have some fabulous new features. Most importantly, the pricing structure has changed dramatically! Now there are à la carte options, which means you can attend as little or as much of Reunion as your schedule, budget, and desires permit. Prices will be announced in early 2019, prior to the registration window, and we also intend to provide a means to facilitate informal planning like rideshare and off-campus housing then, as well.
Over the next many months, we’ll have updates for you and want to share them personally, so please, please, please make sure that your contact details are up to date with the College! If you’ve changed your name or your address and aren’t sure whether you notified Bryn Mawr, take a moment and visit https://www.brynmawr.edu/alumnae/update-your-information today. And if any of your ’09 friends mention that they did not receive this message, do us a favor and forward it to them and tell them to reach out to us.
And finally, help us help you! If you’d like to be involved in planning and outreach for Reunion, join the committee– we’d love to have you. We have reviewed and taken to heart responses to the 2014 survey, but we welcome suggestions for activities or considerations that would make this the best experience possible. We want to do our best to make the trip worthwhile for those making a cross-country (or international!) trip as much as those local to Philadelphia, and Reunion Weekend amenable for families and single-person households alike!
Have a great fall, and get excited for all the announcements we have in store. Follow along (and contribute!) on social media with the hashtag #09turns10, and we look forward to telling you more over the coming months!
With love,
